Return Policy:

All items are made to order. WearLife Designs, LLC will gladly accept returns up to 10 days from the date of purchase for products that can resold (criteria for resalable items are noted below).

All refunds require a receipt and funds will be issued in the original form of payment. Purchases made with a credit card will only be refunded to the original card.

We only accept:

Garments that have not been washed, worn, damaged, or altered.

Products that are no more than 10 days from the original date of purchase.

Items that have their original tags attached.

We are unable to accept:

Garments that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered.

Products that are more than 10 days from the original date of purchase.

Items that do not have their original tags attached.

Any materials that have been customized with a name, initials, year, specific event, personalized information, or created with requested special-ordered materials.

We are not liable for:

Items purchased before they were discontinued or modified by an organization. We update the website with changes made from our partner organizations within 24 hours based on written directions only. As a courtesy to customers, we will refund a portion of the purchase price after a 50% restocking fee is retained. This only applies if a refund is requested within 10 days of the original purchase date. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
